Our Mission Statement

To enhance the quality and effectiveness of Township recreation resources, to encourage the use and enjoyment of Township recreation facilities by its residents and to stimulate cooperative planning for their improvements. The Park and Recreation Board consists of five residents who serve as volunteers appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The Park and Recreation Board makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors with regard to planning and structuring of the township parks. They are also responsible for planning and conducting the annual Easter Egg Hunt and Community Day. The Park and Recreation Board meets the first Tuesday of the month.
